Aquarium Prime approached Social House with an ambition to build something much bigger than an aquarium store.
The challenge wasn’t simply to generate Instagram content or run advertisements. The business needed a complete marketing and growth ecosystem that could strengthen its brand, improve its physical presence, build authority within the fish-keeping community and ultimately convert attention into business.
So we went back to zero.
No assumptions. No borrowed playbook.
We studied the business, its customers, competitors, product categories, physical experience and growth opportunities, then rebuilt the marketing approach from the ground up.
01. Rebuilding the Brand From the Inside
Before pushing the brand into the market, we worked on what existed behind the brand.
Social House helped identify areas for improvement across the physical experience, internal processes, team selection and customer-facing operations.
The objective was simple:
Build a business that could support the brand we wanted people to see.
From team requirements and role selection to customer experience and physical presentation, we looked beyond communication and into the actual business.
02. Building the Digital Identity
We developed Aquarium Prime’s digital presence around a clear content philosophy:
Educate. Entertain. Inspire. Convert.
Instagram became more than a catalogue of fish.
We developed content around:
Fish keeping education
Species and breed storytelling
Aquarium inspiration
Product discovery
Expert knowledge
Community-led content
Reels and short-form video
Offers and product communication
Behind-the-scenes content
Customer interaction
The objective was to make Aquarium Prime a destination for fish-keeping content, not simply another aquarium page.
03. Organic Social Growth
We built a consistent organic content engine designed around discoverability and community.
Through strategic content planning, creative production, Reels, collaborations and community engagement, Aquarium Prime generated:
2.1M+ Organic Reach
The growth wasn’t built around simply publishing more.
It was built around creating content that people in the fish-keeping ecosystem would watch, save, share and send to other enthusiasts.
04. Performance Marketing
Organic attention was only one side of the equation.
Social House introduced a performance-driven layer through:
Meta Ads + Google Ads
Campaigns were structured around different stages of the customer journey, from discovery and consideration to product interest and purchase intent.
We used paid media to amplify high-performing creative, reach relevant audiences and drive people toward Aquarium Prime’s commercial ecosystem.
The goal was never simply:
“Get more clicks.”
It was:
Attention → Interest → Trust → Order.
05. Turning Attention Into Sales
The digital strategy was connected directly to the business.
We developed communication around products, availability, offers and online ordering to convert the audience that had been built through content.
This created a measurable relationship between:
Content → Traffic → Enquiries → Online Orders → Revenue
The social presence stopped functioning as a vanity channel and started contributing to the business.
06. Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
Rather than treating influencer marketing as a collection of paid posts, we approached it as authority building.
We collaborated with YouTubers, creators and established names within the fish-keeping ecosystem to bring Aquarium Prime into conversations that already had credibility.
The strategy focused on people whose audiences were genuinely interested in:
Aquariums. Fish keeping. Aquascaping. Rare species. Equipment. Expertise.
Among the collaborations and industry relationships was Mr. Mayur Dev, alongside other prominent individuals and creators from the fish-keeping community.
The result was a stronger association between Aquarium Prime and the wider enthusiast ecosystem.
07. PR & Industry Positioning
We expanded the strategy beyond social platforms.
Aquarium Prime was positioned through:
PR opportunities
Creator relationships
Industry collaborations
Community conversations
Expert-led content
Strategic visibility
The objective was to move the perception of Aquarium Prime from local aquarium business toward recognised player within the fish-keeping ecosystem.
08. Events & Community
Fish keeping is inherently community-driven.
So we treated community as a growth channel.
Social House developed ideas around events, collaborations and experiences that could bring enthusiasts, creators, experts and customers together.
The objective was to create moments where the brand could exist physically, not just digitally.
Because communities don’t just follow brands. They gather around them.
09. Business Expansion
Once the foundation was established, the conversation moved beyond marketing.
We looked at opportunities for:
new audiences → new products → new collaborations → new channels → new markets.
The marketing strategy became connected to the larger business roadmap, allowing Aquarium Prime to think about expansion rather than simply maintaining its existing customer base.
THE RESULT
Social House didn’t approach Aquarium Prime as a social media account.
We approached it as a business that needed a growth system.
From internal restructuring and team selection to physical improvements, brand positioning, social media, content production, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, PR, events and expansion strategy, we worked across the entire ecosystem.
